Calling all Women with Spirit.
I walk country and I'm inviting you ... are you in?
You want to feel alive again and are in a space where you:
- have lost your spark for life after being in relationship for many years
- are looking to move out of your comfort zone to do something adventurous.
- realise that you have lost sight of who you are after your children have left home.
- are being called from a place inside to remember how powerful and resourceful you are as a woman
- just want to do something for yourself.
- don’t know if you can do it. Deep inside you really want to, but there is a little part of you that doesn’t believe you can.
- have always wanted to try multiday backpacking and have never had the courage or the confidence to give it a go.
Country is calling me to bring more women out to meet her... will you hear the call and join me?
Let’s go on a journey to connect you as a woman to the “SPIRIT” of who you are through listening to yourself and to the country we are walking on.
Rediscover the courageous, adventurous, alive woman that you are.
The spirit of country wants to communicate with you. It is asking for women to sing her up, to raise her vibration and in doing so we also sing yourself up. The sacred and divine parts of you that have been forgotten as you move into a more concrete encased world.
What better way to do this than walk with her.
Each step you take is an opportunity to connect with yourself, with the elements and the ancestors of the land, to other women and to lay down your intention for life into the very earth you stand on.
These adventures are a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual journey to self-discovery in the outdoors.
You will feel what it is like to break free of the chains that have been holding you back for so long.
We will do it together.
Who wants to join me on this journey of self-discovery?
My message to you.
I am calling out to all Women with Spirit.
Bringing together a community of women to reclaim their connection to the essence of who they are through being outdoors.
Taking groups of women on multi-day walks is not new for me.
In the past, I have led groups of women on multiday hikes in Australia and New Zealand.
These walks and the preparation leading up to them supported women in stepping outside their comfort zone and re-discover their inner strength, motivation, and self-confidence.
Most of all, to prove to themselves that they CAN, so they can take that back into life!
That’s not all though.
I also found a secret ingredient that adds another level of depth and meaning to these adventures!
Read on below.
The learning that changed everything.
After 2 years of sitting with women on country, around the sacred fire, and walking the land, listening deeply to the Elders, Grandmothers and Lore Women, and undertaking a six week walking journey of my own through the Australian Alps, I now know what the secret ingredient is ….
Spiritual Connection to Country.
Walking with Nature as one with it.
Not through it or on it.
And walking with heartful intention.
If you’re thinking, I love the sound of this, that’s a great sign.
It means something’s resonating, and you’re ready for what’s next. There are two ways we can move forward, and you’ll find them both just below.
OPTION ONE
The next Adventure!
Listen, can you hear it? Tasmania is calling us to walk with her.
Overland Track Tasmania February 2026
I am super excited to be inviting you to join me in Tasmania in 2026. It feels like the perfect time to be gathering another group of women to connect to country, remember their power and do something just for themselves.
7 spaces only!
OPTION TWO
Listen deeply to yourself.
If you feel a nudge. Something inside is telling you a walking adventure is calling, but you're hesitating; you’re not alone.
See the barriers fall away as you prepare and grow with the group and the belief in yourself grows and your soul expands.
Return home triumphant and confident, fully present to your life, and ready to take the next natural step to the amazing life you were born to live.
Maybe you are considering and thinking, “Yes, I’d love to go, BUT…”
I know what it’s like not to say yes to you. To get caught up in doing it for everyone else, to feel like you have to do it the way other people see your life. I really do get it. I have stood in those shoes where you are now.
Just saying yes to what you want for a change can be scary, let alone doing something adventurous and outside of your comfort zone. Seemingly rational reasons run through your mind and it feels easier just to back down and resign yourself to not taking the steps to explore the beyond boundaries of where you are now.
If you listen to your heart, that little whisper that stirs from a deep place inside of you, nudging and prodding “Come on, you know you want to, you can do it”, then I encourage you to trust and take a leap of faith and say YES.
Maybe you’re asking yourself:
How fit do I need to be?
What should I bring?
Can I really do it?
Will I make it to the end?
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
Take a breath. It’s completely ok. And it’s why I created the Women with Spirit Adventure Ready Pathway.
The pathway will support you in answering those questions and replacing doubt with confidence.
This is more than just training, it’s about preparing your whole self: mind, body, heart, and spirit. Together, we’ll work through any concerns, build your strength, and get you ready for something truly extraordinary.
The Overland Track is a wild, majestic, and spectacular experience.
I’d love to share one of my favourite places with you as we walk together, not just across land, but into something deeper within ourselves.
Curious about what kind of preparation it involves?

The biggest benefit was the experience of completing and accomplishing something I started. It was quite overwhelming. I was so relieved and proud of myself that I shed a few tears.
Cheryl Tillman
I went on the Overland Track trip to challenge myself. I was concerned about having the stamina to complete the trek. Jenny’s encouragement & support was brilliant. I will always remember the shared memories and strengthening of old and new friendships.
Trish King
I wanted to do something for ME after years of bringing up kids and putting my life on the back-burner.
I realised that in the lead up Jenny had been moving us towards our goal, making sure we were prepared mentally, physically
The greatest benefit of doing the walk is I now have more self confidence.
Colleen Taylor
At the time I was 47 years of age and I had never thought that I could do it and felt that I was too old.
Once on the trek it was amazing.I was doing this!! It was an OMG feeling!!
June Uhrig
At 66, the whole preparation, both mentally and physically was a challenge for this trip. The benefits were life changing. I CAN DO THIS! It was a great boost and we had the best time.
My sense of achievement at the end of the trip was through the roof!!
Jane Fischer
There is a very real sense of achievement at the end of such walks. I found Jenny to be an admirable leader who ensured that the group stayed together yet allowed time for exploration and discovery along the way.
Sharyn Ryan-Hancock
The biggest benefit of going on the Overland trip was the reminder that no matter who we are or where we come from, if you really want to achieve something and overcome challenging situations, you can do it.
Sonya Fisher
Doing the Overland Trek had been a "bucket list" adventure.
I was worried whether I fit enough at 50 to complete the challenge and how to even get started with all the preparation needed both physically and equipment.
We were well prepared thanks to Jen and she was always encouraging, skilful and helpful.
